The company owns 10x automatic moulding lines, including 2x DISA moulding lines imported from Denmark. We can produce cast iron parts from 0.5 kg to 5000 kgs.
Their material are GGG400-15, GGG400-18, GGG500-7, GGG600-3, GGG700-2 and GG200, GG250, GG300. There are also painting production line, powder coating production line, electrophoretic paint production line in our fountry. We can supply machined castings with the surface treatment powder coating, electrophoretic paint, electric zinc plated, hot dip galvanized and Dacromet as the customers' requirements.
The main forging equipment includes:friction press production line of 4000T,1600T,630T and 300T with assiatant of molds processing machines.100KJPJ PLC hydraulic forging hammer,2T&3T Electro hydraulic hammer,Type 250,450&650 Verical Ring Rolling Machines.Heat treatment equipment Includes:medium frequency induction heating furnace,Continuous tempering furnace,1000KG/Hour No oxidation isothermal normalizing furnace.With current equipment,we can produce forging parts from 0.5kg to 120 kg
The machining factory is fully equipped with complete and advanced CNC machining equipment including 20 vertical and horizontal machining centers and more than 30 NC machines, the machining facility is fully independent from the casting foundry and has an independent management team and tailored business model to suit. In addition to the casting, forging and machining, it also has the facility to machine various profiles.
